Service Description

When we push our "darkness" away, we are denying parts of ourself and not allowing them to exist as they are. We want to change the experience they are bringing up. Because they go unacknowledged, they sneak up and project themselves onto our life situations and relationships causing self-sabotage. I will help you to acknowledge and accept all of your parts to promote self-love, healing, and prosperity! When we are able to accept feeling one side of the spectrum, we are able to feel the immense Joy on the other side more fully. All of my work is centered in a grounded form of spirituality where I can experience the richness of my human side (both darkness & light) as I connect to my spirit. My intention is to come back to balance whenever I find myself going to extremes and practice a radical form of self-care, love, compassion, and acceptance for every part of me. This leads me to a space where I can both share my discoveries from a grounded place and learn from the experiences of others. *This is unexpectedly one of my most popular offerings! Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us at hello@mindmovementcommunity.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before we require you to pay 50% of the service fee. This is mandatory before you may rebook with us. We appreciate all of our clients and wish to serve them efficiently.
