About the event

This month our playlist is centered around financial abundance. Let's put that intention and Energy out into the universe - we'll dance it into existence! 💰

Join us for our monthly Dancing Mindfulness and move through Energy that has been lingering around in your body to feel amazing and alive. You don't need to be a good dancer; instead, this is an opportunity to move your body however you want with no judgment!

One of my favorite ways to be in the present moment is to bring my attention into my body with the modality of Dancing Mindfulness. It doesn't matter how you look while you move; rather the experience of presence while you are moving. This gives us the opportunity to self-regulate our attention to the conscious awareness of our immediate experiences in movement. We do so with an attitude of curiosity, openness, and acceptance.
