About the event

Experience a fulfilling 4-day LGBTQIA+ Well-being and Community Building retreat where we will benefit deeply from each other's company and the synergy of each unique expression in the group. Our mission is to call forth the joy and kindness that naturally lives inside of each of us. We are honored to serve our community in this way and would love for you to join us!

We will come together in beautiful St. Petersburg, FL, right near the beach, to build relationships that will last a lifetime! Now, more than ever, we need each other. Our intention is to build a web of support together and for each participant to create an inner environment and microcosmic world that is pleasant and enjoyable when the outside world feels difficult. As we move through the weekend together on the stunning Gulf Coast, we will focus on our well-being, lift each other up, reset and recharge, and go back into our worlds shining even brighter!

Delight in morning yoga on the beach, yoga nidra, meditation, expressive arts, Dancing Mindfulness, journaling, sharing circles, and other transformative practices. It's going to be a fun-filled weekend! We've collaborated with Queer Licensed Therapist, Erin Kelly, to develop this retreat and they will also be present as a facilitator and available to meet with you there.

We plan to dive deep and have both inspired and difficult conversations. We are here to hold space for it all. We want to increase and expand our well-being and make sure we are finding happiness and connection in life. We all deserve to be the best and brightest expressions of ourselves.

All meals will be provided with the exception of one lunch where you will have time to yourselves to explore the area with the option to explore the area with new friends or spend some time solo. Breakfast is self-serve with a variety of healthy options. Prioritize your well-being, surrounded by a warm and loving group that embraces your true self.

Before the retreat, each participant will meet with Well-being Coach, Stacy Piccolo, for an exploration call to understand how we can best serve you and what you would like to receive from attending. After the retreat, we will keep the connections going, checking in on each other and sharing our daily life experiences in a private group.
