During my own withdrawal, I had to stop working. I had the opportunity to live at a yoga institute to volunteer while recovering. I was there for 2 years, built a large "toolbox" of coping skills, and was trained in many modalities that helped to relax my damaged nervous system. Because of this, I can offer unique support to my friends out there who are in withdrawal or tapering. I feel so grateful to have a second chance at life and am living it to the fullest. I offer techniques to help retrain your brain, shifting from the constant barrage of terrified thoughts that likely plague you. I support you through exercises that can help to speed up the healing process. I provide ideas and suggestions, ways to distract yourself, breathing techniques and much more that can help carry you through symptoms. I provide support and encouragement that this will pass and that you WILL heal and be able to live a normal life again. I believe you. I know how serious this is. I'll help you find new hope and address declining mental health due to the withdrawal. You will be empowered to take matters into your own hands and reclaim what has been taken from you. It felt impossible to deal with this alone and I wish someone could've been there to tell me exactly what is contained in this course. I am so honored to be able to support you.
